You can create a revocable living trust and its supporting documents
(pour-over will, certificate of trust, schedule of assets, and trust
funding instructions), a last will and testament, powers of attorney
(general/durable, health care, and mental health), a HIPAA authorization,
a living will, and property deeds (beneficiary, quit claim, and special
warranty). Documents are tailored to your answers in the questionnaire.
We currently support Arizona and Utah. Documents include the
state-specific statutory references for the state you select.
Pricing is per document and per package. The price depends on which
documents you select and whether you are an individual or a couple.
Bundled packages cost less than buying the same documents individually.

Completing the questionnaire is free; payment is collected once at
checkout and the total is itemized before you pay.
Yes. Some documents and packages have separate individual and couple
prices. The couple rate applies to married couples and to
non-traditional couples preparing documents together.
A few optional provisions carry an additional fee, such as intentionally
omitting (disinheriting) a family member or creating a testamentary trust
for minor children. Any such amount is shown as a separate line item at
checkout. Edits made after the free editing window may incur an
amendment fee.
Yes. You can edit your documents within 30 days of purchase at no
additional charge. After that window, an amendment fee may apply, and
the amount is shown at checkout.
Yes. A trust funding instruction packet is included with the trust
documents. It explains the general steps for transferring assets such as
real estate, bank and brokerage accounts, and personal property into
the trust.
Sensitive data such as Social Security Numbers is encrypted at rest and
never stored in plain text. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not
store credit card numbers. See our
